The 2014 Jeep Compass in Tacoma has made its way onto the scene and has earned high ratings in off-road capabilities and clever interior features.  For the new model year, the Jeep Compass receives  a new optional six-speed transmission, exterior styling updates, upgraded audio for the Limited trim, available rearview camera and standard front side airbags.

The Jeep Compass is part of the compact crossover SUV segment and is credited with having the best off-road capabilities of any of its competition.  Powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that provides 158 horsepower and 141 lb ft of torque, the Compass has a fuel rating of 28 MPG on the highway, 21 MPG in the city, and an estimated 24 MPG combined.


The 2014 Compass has an option four-wheel drivetrain and 2.4-liter engine.  There are three trim levels: Sport, Latitude and Limited, as well as plenty additions and option packages, like the Freedom Drive II Group.
